Whether you want to change, redesign or build on one of our existing pieces or create something entirely special, our bespoke service caters to both.

We work with customers all over the world to bring their visions to life. From necklaces to bracelets, engagement ringsto anniversary gifts, milestone birthdays and more, we offer an intimate and personalised service, available both virtually or in person. We are committed to creating bespoke jewellery that lasts you a lifetime.

Our bespoke process is a personalised experience that has 5 steps:

1.Design Consultation: Starts with a design consultation with one of our jewellery designers. Here we gather an understanding of who we are creating for and lay the groundwork of the design. 

2.Gem & Metal Selection: Select your diamond or coloured gemstone, and the metal.

3.Initial Design Sketches:We draft some initial sketchesto capture the finer design points and visualise the design from every angle, with the opportunity to alter and redesign if it looks different on paper to what it does in your mind.

4.Reviewing Your Final Design: Once we have settled on a design and stone, we will send you a final quote outlining all of the details for your confirmation.

5.Hand-Crafting: Your bespoke piece is made in our jewellery studio. Meticulous care is taken with each part of the piece, using ancient and modern techniques combined to create the strongest, most beautiful handmade jewellery piece we can in Australia.
